1. Acceptance of Tenets

Welcome to Spin Club Olympus. These Terms of Service ("Tenets") govern your access to and use of our social gaming platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Tenets and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access the service.

2. Eligibility and Access Restrictions

STRICTLY 19+ CANADA ONLY.

Our service is solely for entertainment purposes. By using the service, you affirm and warrant that:

3. The Virtual Currency: Sols

The virtual currency used on the platform is called Sols. The following rules apply to Sols:

• No Cash Value: Sols are for entertainment purposes only. They have no equivalent value in real currency and are not transferable, redeemable, or exchangeable for real money, goods, or services.
• Licence Only: You purchase or receive a limited, revocable licence to use Sols within the game. You do not "own" the Sols; the licence belongs to Spin Club Olympus.
• No Refunds: Purchases of licences to use Sols (if applicable, though generally distributed for free) are final and non-refundable.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of the 19+ age restriction or these Tenets.

5. Rules of Conduct (The Pantheon Code)

You agree not to engage in any prohibited behaviour while using the service, including:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or promoting illegal activities.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other players or our staff.
• Using automated scripts or bots to access or exploit the service.
• Attempting to sell, trade, or transfer virtual items or Sols outside of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of the service (including all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are and will remain the exclusive property of Spin Club Olympus and its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Spin Club Olympus does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
